  • Painter's tape or masking tape
  • Scissors

Setting the scene

  1. 1With the bedroom door open, tape wrapping paper across the doorway on the hallway side.
  2. 2Tape only to the door frame so it peels away easily.
  3. 3Sit the elf on the hallway floor, ready to cheer.
