Easter Bunny Logistics Division

The Easter Bunny, sometimes called the Easter Hare, comes from European folk tradition, particularly in Germany, and travelled with families to many other countries. Today, in many homes, the Bunny leaves a basket on Easter morning and hides eggs in the house or garden for children to find.

Egg hunts range from a handful of eggs behind cushions to elaborate garden searches with clues. Some families give each child their own egg colour so siblings find a fair share; others hide clues that lead to the basket. A letter or manifest makes a natural starting point.

Not every basket needs to be about sweets. Books, seeds to plant, bubbles, chalk and small outdoor toys all fit beautifully, and the manifest can list them all.
