Elf Incident Report

Form EF-2 · Field Incident Report

Elves are generally well behaved, but the marshmallows were right there. The Elf Incident Report is an official form from Elf Field Operations documenting the night's mischief: the offense, the evidence, statements from witnesses (usually stuffed animals) and a ruling from the Field Division. It's affectionate, extremely silly and pairs perfectly with whatever your elf got up to overnight.

Questions from grown-ups

Elf Incident Report

Plain answers about this document, for the grown-ups doing the filing.

Q.1Is the elf ever in real trouble?

Never. Rulings are comedic and kind: the elf apologises, promises to tidy up and is forgiven. Nobody is ever shamed.

Q.2Can my child be the one in the report?

The incident report is about the elf's mischief, not your child's. To celebrate your child, try a Kindness Citation or the Nice List Report Card.

Q.3What incidents can I report?

Anything your elf got up to: marshmallow consumption, toilet-paper decorating, a flour snow angel. Describe it in the form, or let the Bureau pick a classic incident.
