Your elf abseils down the banister or a bookshelf on a toilet paper rope, frozen mid-descent. A big, silly scene that takes five minutes to set up.

Requisition slip
  • A toilet paper roll
  • Sticky tape

Setting the scene

  1. 1Tape one end of the toilet paper to a banister post or the top of a bookshelf.
  2. 2Unroll a long strip downwards.
  3. 3Wrap the end loosely around the elf's waist so they hang partway down.
  4. 4Leave the note at the bottom, in the landing zone.
