Personalised Tooth Fairy Receipt

Form TF-1 · Molar Intake Receipt

Every tooth deserves proper paperwork. The Department of Teeth issues a thermal-style receipt for each tooth collected: what came in, what went out, a condition report (“excellent, clearly brushed”) and a case number your child can scan to verify. Type a first name, print it, and leave it wherever the Tooth Fairy's payment usually lands.

Specimen filed for Maya, age 6. Yours carries your child’s name, its own case number and a working verification code. Scan this one with your phone to see the page your child will see.

When it’s called for

  • Any lost tooth, whether it's the first or the fourteenth.
  • When you'd like the payment to arrive with a story, not just a coin.
  • Siblings who compare notes: every receipt gets its own case number.
  • Teeth lost somewhere memorable, like a field trip, an apple or a wobbly-tooth tug-of-war.

How to file it

4 steps
  1. 1Enter the first nameType your child's first name. If they're in your Kindness Ledger, it fills itself in.
  2. 2Add the tooth detailsNote which tooth it was and anything worth recording. Leave a field blank and the Bureau writes something sensible.
  3. 3Choose the wordingClassic wording is instant and free. Shuffle for a new variant, or personalise it with the Bureau for a one-of-a-kind receipt.
  4. 4Print and placePrint on Letter or A4 (receipts fit two to a page) and leave it where the Tooth Fairy's payment usually turns up.

Questions from grown-ups

Tooth Fairy Receipt

Plain answers about this document, for the grown-ups doing the filing.

Q.1Is the Tooth Fairy receipt free?

Yes. The classic receipt is free and unlimited, with no account or signup. A Bureau Pass adds unlimited personalised wording, extra paper styles and other languages.

Q.2What does the QR code on the receipt do?

It opens a verification page confirming the case number is authentic and was issued by the Department of Teeth. The page is written for children and stays completely in-universe.

Q.3Can I make receipts for two children on the same night?

Of course. File one per child. Each gets its own case number, so nobody's paperwork gets mixed up.

Q.4Will it print on an ordinary home printer?

Yes. It's designed for everyday printers in colour or black and white, on Letter or A4 paper.
